- Which payment methods are possible?

We offer different payment methods. Payment can be made either by invoice with Klarna, payment in installments with Klarna, instant transfer with Klarna, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

- How long does shipping take within Germany?

Shipping with DHL usually takes 1 to 3 working days.

- How are my orders sent?

We only ship with DHL for a punctual delivery time.

- Which countries are the delivery areas?

We currently offer deliveries in: Germany, France, Great Britain, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, USA, Denmark.

- Do I get a message when my package has been sent?

Yes! You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your sending information from DHL. Please see our full shipping policy for current processing times.

- How do I return an item from my order?

Please include the invoice and the return form, which you can download under the category "Return & Exchange" in the package and fill in which items you would like to return.

- Unfortunately my favorite item is sold out, will it be available again?

Yes, we regularly replenish our inventory. Our popular items sell very quickly, so we advise you to grab them quickly. To be up to date, please subscribe to our newsletter.

- Is the return chargeable

The costs of the return are borne by the seller. We will issue you a return label with your return application.

- How many days do I have the right to return?

As a rule, you have 14 days to declare the revocation and, from that day, another 14 days to return the goods.

-Do I get my money back when I return it?

The refund will be made to your original payment method. Depending on the financial institution, processing can take up to 2 to 5 working days for settlement and 7 to 10 working days for transfer to your account.
